Nice view. Great terrace.

No automatic aircondition. Rooms were very hot.

Great location had dishwasher and clothes washer.

No beach towels or extra bath towels. No simple condiments like salt, pepper, oil etc. Grill was filthy, no place to put ashes after use. Need a metal ash bucket. Aluminum foil would be nice so the grill could be covered.

The stunning location overlooking a cove, the view (and sound) of the sea directly from the room, the scenic terrace...it's just unparalleled. Sant Elm is a quiet little village that's a bit isolated and can be reached through a short drive through a winding mountain road. There are buses but I was advised to rent a car and indeed it gave me the freedom to move around and explore at my leisure. There are hiking paths however that start pretty much at the property so driving is not that essential. The apartment has everything you could ever need to stay and prepare food, the kitchen is small but very well equipped. The bed is on the harder side, probably ok for most people but me and my achy joints prefer a softer mattress. All in all this place is an amazing value for money and the location is just unbeatable. I'm definitely planning to be back soon. The housekeeper Božana is a sweetheart and always available to help.

On the last night when a noisy group checked in the apartment next door, I was glad I had just purchased some ear plugs. Definitely recommend those if you like your sleep as the walls don't isolate sounds much. As I was only staying a few days, I would have welcomed kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil etc as it wasn't worth buying all this stuff, however Božana promptly lent me some condiments when I commented on it. Apparently other guests don't like sharing these basics.so maybe that's just my preference. All in all these are just very minor issues that don't take away from how much I've enjoyed staying at Punt Blanc.

Cold spell but provided a heater. So very warm and comfy.. great walks from the location to la trapa and port Andraxt
