The sea view terrace was absolutely fabulous - right outside our door! Great for subsets! Steps down to beach for swimming - great, even in February! Peaceful and very beautiful, with the Forest behind & the sea in front! A lovely, comfortable apartment for a couple. Sant Elm is a great location for hiking. We loved it!

A few items needed replacing - mugs, chopping board & espresso maker.

You can't beat the view. On the edge of the ocean with a staircase going straight to a small intimate shore, you wake up and go to sleep in a setting that will no doubt take all your stress off in a matter of seconds.

Great location right next to the sea with access to a small beach. Nice afternoon sun on patio and great sunsets. Nice fireplace.

Interior could be renovated, but ok.

We loved our stay and can't wait to revisit. The apartment was clean and well equipped. We did have to buy salt, pepper, oil as there aren't any cooking basics. I liked that some dishsoap was provided. The shared terrace was lovely for a morning coffee and plenty of space to dry our clothes etc, and just moments from the cove beach. St Elm is really gorgeous and the area perfect for hiking of all levels and swimming. We appreciated the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and plenty of storage space and hangers for clothes. Easy to park nearby. We kept our rooms darkened and doors/shutters closed to keep them cool.

It would be great to have some cooking basics. Some of the towels were a little marked (but still clean!).

Great location, great place to stay in and has pretty much everything for a comfortable stay. Hosts are very informative and responsive.

Fabulous location with amazing views & surrounded by lovely nature, Sant Elm is such a pretty quiet town! Božana is really lovely and friendly and we appreciated her kind nature. We really were able to have a relaxing stay and hope to come back soon, Thank you!

It's a lovely location and good value, however, best to be prepared that the house is basically equipped. We were only staying a few days, however, we would have welcomed kitchen basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc., as it wasn't worth buying all these items for such a short stay. We even had to go out and buy kitchen towels, cleaning spray & toilet paper, as only a bare minimum stock had been provided. We also tried to use the iron that was very old and the chord had frayed, just feedback for when others look into booking the property that some basic items aren't available. As constructive feedback for the property owners/managers, I feel it would be nice to be provided with an info sheet on the house items they provide prior to check-in so that you can be prepared if there are things you could bring from home. All in all, these are just very minor issues that don't take away from how much we really enjoyed staying at Punt Blanc.

Nice little house, fully equipped. Plenty of outdoor space. Friendly owner who passed by, enquired if all was fine and gave good advice on places to go to.

In hot weather, it was hard to cool the upstairs bedrooms. There is a public footpath passing by the outdoor seating.
