Really bad host a fraud nothing good about this place.

Everything the host is a fraud making up false claims to keep an outrageous £250 damage deposit. The host has done this several times total fraudsters. 1. Moves check in from 2pm to 3pm at short notice. 2. Emails you the night before demanding £250 which is buried in the smallest of small prints. 3. Unable to pay this by credit card had to be bank transfer (NOW WE KNOW WHY!!!). 4 .Condition of apartment to low standard and needs alot of TLC with several things broken including the fridge which he later claims was our fault. (SO GLAD WE TOOK PICTURES TO PROVE THEIR LIES!!!). 5. Never undertakes the repairs and keeps deposit. 6. Writes fraudulent reviews to boost ratings on booking.com (You can tell this by the texts being in the same poor English.!) 7. Not even allowed to private rent this room out but does so anyway. 8. Rude on phone texts then ignores you. MY ADVICE BOOKING.COM IS THIS PERSON SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE UNDER YOUR GOOD NAME. I had to chase for money back and spoilt what should of been great birthday celebrations. Never seen a penny back from a fraudulent host. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY BACK.!!!!

Everything we had a great time, my partner and I loved how cosy the place was. Host was great sent pictures of where the keys were game me directions to the place and made it an easy process to follow, it’s not as far as other reviews have made it out to be. It’s a shame that other reviews have tainted this place, it’s a great place to stay and would love to come back! The £250 deposit is mentioned and I knew about it before booking and it was fully refunded within an hour of checking out of the apartment.

10 Years With Booking.com, Worst Experience Eve!!!! In over 10 years of using Booking.com, I have never had a bad experience—until this stay. It was, without exaggeration, a stay from hell. Check-in was chaotic; I was left waiting for over an hour just to access the flat. Once inside, there was no hot water, no heating, and the boiler was dead. The apartment was freezing at 8–9 degrees, and I could not even take a shower. Despite repeated calls and messages—well past 23:00—the host was completely unresponsive. I checked out the next day, only for the host to invent a fraudulent claim about a “smell of smoke” (I don’t smoke, never have) in an attempt to withhold over £400. Checkout instructions were followed exactly, and I have video proof showing the boiler wasn’t working. I have submitted all evidence to Booking.com, and the case is currently under investigation. Until resolved, I strongly urge all customers to be extremely cautious—some hosts are not just negligent, but dishonest.

The host is rude and he did not give keys and did not allow to checkin . No refund was provided yet by booking.com avoid at any cost he is con and fraud person . I have requested refund but still no response
