Location was perfect

£250 security deposit required, fine but as I tried to do the bank transfer, bank flagged up could be fraud. Should have stopped right there but they insisted there was nothing wrong with their account. Anyway proceeded to transfer through revolut. Having to trek 20mins to collect the key, for someone that was not familiar with the city, found this very stressful. Apartment dirty, pubic hair in the bed, hair in the shower (definitely not mine.im a red head and partner is bald) Stain on the 1 towel they provided. Carpet threadbare, stained and burns. Juliette balcony glass cracked violation surely. And one balcony door broken. And now refusing to give back the £250 deposit.

Beautiful apartment, clean and the views are amazing. The host was very lovely and responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again, thank you very much.

One of the lights didn’t work in the bathroom and we found there was no hot water. The room gets really warm through the day (owner did warn us )

Booked this stay for Thursday night. Paid for the night got a confirmation email then the host messaged saying that a £250 deposit is required for the nights stay. When I tried transferring the £250 the account name didn't match the details. I tried messaging the property owner/host asking if I should send the deposit even though the name didn't match the details. I had no reply from the host so I sent the deposit anyway so that I would have a place to stay for the night. Once I got to the adress there was no key. I wasnt sent no instructions on how to get the key or how to even get in to the property. Host wasnt answering the phone wasnt replying to emails. Tried to speak to booking.com and they didn't help either. Just said that they was trying to contact the host. Had nowhere to go for the night wasted £250 on the deposit and £59 for the room. Rang Booking.com and the customer service said that they'd relocate us find us another place to stay but they didn't. Worst customer service ever. Left us with no place to stay for the night didn't get to even enter the property. Big fat SCAM wouldn't reccomend to anyone at all. Be Aware.

The host scammed us we didn't receive no instructions to get us into the property after paying £59 for the night and £250 deposit. Worst customer service I've ever received from Booking.com. We got scammed for a nights stay and was stranded with no where to go no where to sleep with our luggage.

I booked this apartment for two nights and paid in full through Booking.com. After confirming the reservation, the host contacted me privately and asked for a £250 deposit to be paid via bank transfer to an account that didn’t match the booking details. There was no mention of a deposit in the property listing before I booked. When I refused to send money outside the platform, they became uncooperative and refused to cancel or refund my booking. This is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. I reported it, but I’m still out of pocket. Avoid this property if you want a safe and transparent booking experience.

Absolute scam!!! If you respect yourself and your money dont book here. When booking the accomodation right away you get a scammy message to make deposit of 250 GBP. No payment link or creditcard deposit, just bank details which you have to transfer. Also reading reviews you will never get it back apparently. When transferring my bank says name doesnt match and scam chance. So I told them, they said no it is okay just transfer. Just very shady so I said please cancel my booking, then i lost my money for the room plus 100 GBP for cancelling. Absolute scam. So I could not stay because I did not trust the deposit and hence I could not stay and had to cancel and pay another 100 GBP. I took the loss in the hope nobody books here ever, please do this for me. These people should not be able to scam people.
