Cityscape Apartment in Birmingham with Self Checkin

The location

Wasn’t the cleanest, had a horrible smell throughout the whole room. Some stuff was broken. The whole self check in thing was such a long process having to go 15 minutes the other direction to get the key then also the next day dropping it back, so this put another 60 minutes on my drive home where I had to pick/drop the key there was no parking and the key lock was next to a big waste bin which isn’t very hygienic at all.

The room was dirty dusty we couldn’t get the hot water in the shower to work the balcony glass was smashed he took a £250 deposit and kept £50 for a small stain on the bottom sheet and the cushions on his bed already had stains on he was rude definitely wouldn’t stay here again the bin had rubbish in before we got there definitely won’t be going there again the shower hadn’t even been cleaned was still dirty from the last people who stayed there he left us x2 half empty toilet rolls that obviously had been left from previous people not even half left 🤣😤also we had to walk 20 Minutes for the key not great 😌

Rude staff member. Hidden fees and the key is 10 minutes from the property. Wouldnt cancel the booking without charging me and had to book elsewhere aswell.

Amazing location in the centre, lovely views of the city. Modern reception and the apartment had big windows which gave a very modern and light look. Lovely to wake up to.

Really comfortable and clean everything was there as is listed when booking the apartment and it’s amazing for the price with a really nice view too !!!

Good value for money

Such a good location for a city break right next to the bullring too! Staff were so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend if you’re going to Birmingham it has a really good kitchen area too.
