Excellent location, we loved the character and charm and beautiful front porch!

A few tiny things made things more difficult/uncomfortable and could probably be improved easily by management. For instance, there were two small showers in our unit that only have rain shower heads which makes it almost impossible to shave your legs or take a shower without your hair getting wet. I had to tie a trash bag around my head for a shower cap. Adding inexpensive shower caps would be a nice touch. Even better if there were a different style of shower heads that could be temporarily pointed at a wall when shaving legs. Storage was also an issue. There is zero counter space in the bathrooms and no dressers to unpack suitcases/store clothing. This would be such a wonderful addition to the bathrooms and bedrooms. Would also be incredible if there was at least one king-sized bed. We would have paid extra for that! And I would have loved some type of a deadbolt on the exterior doors at night… I never felt fully comfortable that the door was totally locked. One final thing, when booking, it would be amazing if the floor number was included for the unit. We know older homes are noisy and we would have chosen a top floor because we go to sleep early. Instead, our unit was a first floor unit. We were awoken every night by our neighbors dropping things on the floor above us, etc. None of these things would prevent us from coming back to this beautiful property though. I only share because I know they are adding a new location and I hope this feedback provides value when making decisions for the new space.

Location. Private patio. Nice linens. Beautiful wood, bricks and metal ceiling tiles. Ladels restaurant at same location.

Circular staircase was only egress. Had to run water for 15 min to get it hot. Only overhead rain head shower available. No hand held. Little area to place personal items. (Lots of unnecessary decorative stuff). Kitchen shelves with dishes etc were 6’ off the floor. Micro was not accessible.

Excellent location to walk to most everything. Very comfortable sitting areas both inside and outside.

Only one bathroom. We knew that and made it work.

It was cute

Smell of resturant, noise of them cooking early morning, people just on the other side of bathroom door. No hot water in shower first night, luke warm water 2nd night. Sink in bathroom was clogged. Spiral steps very hard to navigate specially with luggage. This basement room is suited for the younger gen.

This was the most quaint and comfortable place we’ve stayed in a long time. Great location to everything Charleston, the cutest unit, and so comfortable. When we needed something, there was a staff member at our door in a matter of minutes. We will definitely be back!!

Couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink or kitchen sink. Shower was fine though.

Excellent location in charming neighbourhood. The suite was extremely well equipped and spacious.

I couldn’t find a pillow to suit.

We stayed in the ground floor apartment unit 70 apt A. It had so much charm and character. Absolutely loved it. First day we got there we were hanging out on the front patio to the entrance of our apartment and the sun was shining down upon us while sitting in rocking chairs. Steps away from popular restaurants and shops , Modern and fully-equipped kitchen like cooking at home" Had a neat little nook area for reading and had plenty of board games to play too. Rooms and space were plenty big enough for my spouse and I.

Bathtub and shower little small , but it still worked great!

The condo was spacious, clean and just what our family of four needed for our stay! The complimentary coffee, the moccamaster coffee maker and hair straightener were much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed the front porch for our morning coffees and the central location in Cannonborough. Staff was amazing as well!
