Great Location! Close to King. Parking Included!

Everything in the apartment was exceptional….the beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, coffee and tea were stocked, ice in the freezer for drinks and it was quiet in the evenings. We sat on the outside porches as much as we could to enjoy the warm southern breezes. The location was great as it was only a short walk to the bagel shop and King Street.

We had a top floor apartment and someone was there to get our luggage up a narrow spiral staircase but it was a little difficult getting the suitcases down on our own. Definitely a 2 person job.

Tastefully decorated, clean, well appointed kitchen, excellent location, nice porch, comfortable bed, excellent climate control, good off street parking, good sound proofing from outdoor noise.

Porch is spoiled by loud air conditioning unit next door and strong odors of wood smoke and cooking meat when the restaurant next door is open, unit lacks a comfortable dining table and chairs, there is no place to hang a wet towel, not a fan tea tree soap and shampoo.

Very comfortable surroundings. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch after a day of sightseeing

The spiral staircase that lead to our apartment was hard to navigate for 80 year olds. Self check in so no one to help us. Having someone on sight would have been helpful. No instructions on how to work the kitchen stove/oven. Also microwave was a little complicated with no instructions.

Beautifully presented and comfortable

Some areas weren’t very clean, eg, lots of dust behind the bed

It was such a beautiful property and close enough to walk to everything. Holey City Bagels were awesome too. We loved the porch!

It was a historic and beautifully restored building. We had been excited to stay but sadly were allocated the worst apartment in the bowels of the building at the back. The room was small and bar a coat stand had no place for clothing to be stored. There was a terrace but absolutely no natural light got into the apartment or onto the terrace.

Clearly the building had lovely rooms and we had such high hopes but were so very disappointed in our allocated studio. The only place to get any light was outside at the back by the bins!! It definitely was not accessible for all people as the entry was down a narrow and long spiral staircase. Older people would have really struggled and getting luggage in and out was even for us a challenge.

Great location, clean, comfortable, well stocked, nice decor and furniture

Didn’t love the shower only because it’s a little small and the water falls from so high above my head that everything gets wet (and I didn’t intend to wash my hair every night.) But it was clean and modern and met my needs.
