Conveniently located in relation to King St.,very roomy and clean with a comfortable bed. Would absolutely stay again.

Great comfortable place! Only problem is dragging luggage up a spiral staircase . This is a pic of the driveway & the house next door though?

Adorable. Attention to detail. Private. Great location. Great patio and attentive staff.

I loved it but if I had to say, the shower was very small and the sink was too and didn’t have great drainage. But all said, the room was perfection.

We stayed in the Patio Suite 68F- a very unique suite. It is small, not a lot of space to store hanging clothes or belongings but such a fun space to use as home base while visiting Charleston. Very clean, and close to the university, felt like it was a safe area. It had everything we needed for a fun stay. Restaurants & bars all around. An exceptional person we met was owner George’s Mother- a warm and welcoming person. We arrived early before our suite was ready, thanks to this wonderful lady’s help, we were able to park our car in the handy parking area and get on with our day.

Short in storage space

The Charlestonian is located on a quiet side street and is a quick 3 or 4 minute walk from King St. The building is beautifully restored with all the modern conveniences yet retains its historic charms. There are numerous restaurants withing easy walking distance, including one right next door (reservations necessary). Another bonus is free, off-street parking and an electric vehicle charger. Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious with plenty of room for 4 adults to spread out. There is a washer and dryer, which would be handy for longer stays. We were very happy with our accommodations and would definitely stay there again in the future!

The gas flow on the range was very low and it really couldn't be used for cooking. It wasn't an issue for us, but we reported it to the owner so it could be fixed.
