Great Location but would not recommend as it's not clean or pleasant to stay at.

Dreadful room with massive hole in the door. Bad but very cheap. Only stay there if you're drunk or going to a concert nearby! Which my daughter did when she saw The Prodigy. Price is the only redeeming feature

The space we had was nice, there was also a big TV which is handy for entertainment. And the heater and fan we had depending on how hot or cold it was, was incredibly useful. Aside from the noise, the location is great since there are plenty of shops nearby if you should need anything. The hotel are very kind when it comes to check-out time in the morning, as it stated that check-out time was between 8am and 11am, however we were running a little behind and didn't leave until almost 12pm, and there was no one there trying to rush us out of our rooms and we had a relaxing, easy going time when leaving the hotel.

Unfortunately it was very unclean, the carpet had a hole in it, the shared bathroom was filthy and there was rubbish on the floor. I don't think the room was soundproof as described and the room could use a lot of work, the door specifically had many stains or something all over it. The couch looked like it belonged in a doctors waiting room if I'm being honest, I feel like there could be a comfier couch that fits the rooms design. I did find someone else's false eyelash on the floor which was really gross, and tells me the room was not cleaned properly before we arrived, I found the eyelash from the floor stuck to my pyjamas in bed that night! The towels we were given did also have stains on them, and this was before using them. I think the worst part which isn't really the hotel's doing, was the noise at night time as it is by a busy road with lots of people out at night and music from nearby restaurants blasting, and some sort of foreign music was playing through the streets from early morning which woke me up, not to mention being able to hear people from the other rooms talking very loudly at night.

Toilet was smelly and heating wasn’t on.

The room was neat and tidy, bed was very comfortable and slept really well. It had all I needed for my stay. It was a private premises and there were no staff, but spoke to the owner by phone.

The location was out of town and it took up time walking a few miles to find the location
