I liked leaving

We left after 20 minutes, checking in was a nightmare and everything was all disgusting and dirty....there was a big pile of damp dirty bed sheets/laundry just lying on the floor in the kitchen which stunk, fridge should of been condemned it was that dirty with soured milk spilled all over shelves and mould, drawers were missing and cooker looked orange there was so much rust.. the bathroom was disgusting, the seat was snapped off and the lock to the bathroom was not the best so not great reassurance considering it was shared, also had not been cleaned in a while by the look of it.....bedroom had a bad smell and had extremely used bobbly bedcovers with stains on them and mattress had lots of yellow stains too, marks and stains all up the walls and on the floor, genuinely never seen anything like it, very deceptive advert online, nothing like the pictures or as described at all so beware, staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful too, when I contacted the host to say I was leaving the property, the owner didn't seem to happy and continued to ignore both mine and booking.coms further attempts to contact them to process the refund, can't say one good thing about the place, terrible excuse for a business

Spacious room with a large bed, quite comfortable and acceptably warm room (a stove was provided). Next to the bus stop though there were no night buses.

Problems with finding the place and with the check in, they kept changing the gate entry code without letting me know, I had to call them several times. I never saw anyone at the reception. Not so cheap given the distance from Manchester city centre.

Room was a good size

There was no car parking
