Bed was comfortable and room was clean

Took ages to find the place no sign it was a door on a dodgy side street.

Nothing really. The bed was clean.

The location was horrible. Piles of rubbish outside the entrance. No staff on hand. No toilet roll in the shared bathroom. The coridoors were dirty. The mirror was broken in the room. The carpet was stained and had a burn hole in it. It was extremely noisy in the morning due to the main road and music playing from 7am. I never complain but this really was a horrible stay. I know it was a cheap price but to not even have loo roll is not acceptable. I would not recommend this to anybody.

Comfortable bed, good location with plenty of grocery stores nearby

There was very little communication with the staff, it was hard to know who to talk to when there was an issue. Other houseguests acted inconsiderate towards me (ex. clogging the sink in the shared bathroom, not flushing the toilet in the shared bathroom, throwing away my food in the shared kitchen without permission) which may have been avoided if there had been any proper orientation/house rules. There was only one side table, some weird brown dust by the window (perhaps tobacco), and the quiet hours definitely did not apply (there was construction work at 9pm on one of the days, loud banging of doors at 12am and more). The shared kitchen had only one spoon, no dish towels, no oven, very sparse kitchen utensils, and the fridge had a mysterious white stain in it. The washing machine would leak every time someone used it, not great. The heating was permanently set to max in the shared bathroom. The bedroom only had one side table, a bin, a wall-mounted TV, a wall mirror, and the bed in it, no hooks for a jacket, no wardrobe, nothing. Also the TV was really old and randomly turned off. Overall, this accommodation was very half-hazardly though I did appreciate being able to check in earlier after sending in a special request through the system.
