"Nice family stay"

Great hotel for families with kids. There is something to do all day. All the staff was very nice. The food offer is diverse.

Pools are not heated so it is chilly (we were in October). Area around pools is very slippery. Rooms need some renovation, there is smell of humidity in room.

"Rooms needs clean"

Staff was great, Valentino specially

DIRTY!.. omg please clean the floor in rooms! We paid extra for another room 250€.. It needs defo constructions, very old, smelly sofas..curtains, just staff are very nice and pools are good for kids.. apart from that, food terible :( Never again thanks

"Will be back."

Hotel was great and facilities excellent. Highly recommend for families with young children (8 & 10) as they were entertained for the full stay. Go all inclusive as options for dining outside of hotel didn’t look great and food was excellent.

Main bed was fine. Sofa beds not great, but ok.

"Good hotel, but dated"

Plenty of entertainment options for kids, this is really the highlight of the hotel. Swimming pools, aqua parks, lots of events. Kids are always busy. The location is convenient, not so far from the sea, many restaurants and supermarkets around.

The rooms are dated, however everything mostly works fine. The coffee maker did not work though, asked to replace it, didn’t happen.
