- food was great, lots of options at the buffet - was never overcrowded and spotlessly clean - we've never stayed somewhere as child friendly as Zafira and our 6 and 9 year old felt really happy here - the staff were all really hard working and pleasant - the animation team entertained our kids every evening with their dancing....they especially enjoyed Pepe's dance moves

- its a small thing but there could be more sun umbrellas provided - evening entertainment was just ok

Facilities for young children were perfect, our toddler really enjoyed the pools and play area. The hotel is close enough to the beach and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the staff friendly, kids entertainment great.

We went self catering but paid to eat in the buffet one evening and found the food to be average. There was lots of choice but not much to our taste so we were glad we chose to eat out most of the time. Our room was clean and spacious but we were on the first floor and noise from the above and below rooms kept us awake quite a bit (to be expected with kids). Not much else to fault here we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect hotel for a trip away with family.

Food was fantastic! Good accomodation, clean and wonderful swimmingpools area!

Lots of activities, near to the Beach and to Shops etc., Hotel has lots of different pools and areas to stay in which is nice. There is something for everyone.

The food was not the quality of a four star hotels in my opinion but it was ok. The rooms were fine but you see that overall the property is not the newest. But overall it was good value for money.

Good location, a lot of swimming pools, great entertainment team. Good equipped gym.

Cleaners were not cleaning the floor during daily routine room cleaning. Floor became “sticky” after few days.
