"Great Time in this hotel"

The Food was amazing. We have good history of going to All inclusive hotels. by far the food here is really good. the staff were very friendly. The property got all what you need. the room was good on size

Cleaning of the rooms is not consistent. no where you could read during the booking process that they don't clean the room everyday and the cleaning depend on the rate we paid for the room. The entertainment at night is probably the worst of what have experienced so far. for this hotel I was expecting much more. Most of the nights the guest will leave the animation early. The kids disco is really bad. kids don't want to watch someone dance for them, they want someone to encourage them to dance. I was hopping my son would enjoy it but even him was not interested after two nights. The animation themes and music don't change everyday. This was very boring for all of us

"Lots to do for kids but lacking in some areas."

Facilities for children great - swimming pools, parks, evening entertainment etc. Food in the a la carte restaurant very good, as well as breakfast. Food at the buffet dinner / lunch very average

No toiletries in room at all apart from 2-1 body/hair wash. Also no iron/iron board could be brought to room. Would expect this at a 4* resort

Great hotel, plenty of amenities for the kids, full of swimming pools - never felt crowed while we were there. Staff always really pleasant. Would recommend to anyone with family.
