Short but really pleasant stay. Nice, clean, quite big apartment. Great pool if you don't feel like going to the beach, which is just 200meters away. Bar with many options for snack, lunch or dinner. Andreas was really great host! Next time visiting Crete, we'll definitely come here!

We had an amazing stay at Elmas with Andreas and his family. They were so welcoming and accommodating with us, they provided anything we asked for and great hospitality all around. The apartment was extremely spacious, the photos online dont really do it justice. The weather was very warm when we were there and the apartment was always cool with great air con. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily which was a nice touch with new towels/bedding provided every 3 days or on request. Very comfy beds and seating and good facilites to cook. Our kids loved the pool and had great fun in it with other families. The bar was well stocked and Andreas is a great chef - my kids loved his Chicken Burger and Pizzas! Location is also brilliant with a short walk to beach, local mini market and a great restaurant (Sternas) and coffee shop (Monterno) nearby. We cannot wait to go back - thanks to Andreas for a very memorable experience!

Honestly: EVERYTHING!! The location is perfect. In quiet neighborhood 200 metres away from the beach. Direct acces to a minimarkt, bus stop and main road with restaurant. But most of all the apartments are perfect, fresh spacious and clean. The beds are soo comfortable I had amazing sleep 💤 The pool is spacious and had a cold shower which was wel needed with the heat wave. And most of all Andreas the owner is a wonderful man 🙏🏾 he is very helpful, makes amazing cocktails and food and will help you out with any questions about Crete. He highly recommended his fried feta in tomato sauce which is addictively delicious!!! Will certainly return!

Perfect location, great contact with other guests, swimming pool, bar with amazing drinks, delicious local food and the best dubbele espresso ever! Minutes from the beach, restaurants, bakery and supermarkets. Parking in front but you can easily reach Chania and other cities by bus. Andreas and his family were very friendly and helped us with everything we asked. Thanks a million! We will definitely visit Elma’s Dream Apartments again!

Super lovely host, very very comfortable beds, well sound-proofed, spacious, huge balcony. Big pool with toys, goggles, pool noodles etc for everyone to use. Has some very deep areas which is great for diving and jumping in. Pool is open from 10am to 10pm and is lit at night which we loved as we could swim still after dinner with the stars shining above us. Small but well stocked supermarket right next door for convenience. Bus stop to get into Chania just outside the property, takes about 15 minutes to get there and they go frequently. Tip: buy the tickets at the supermarket beforehand as it is only about half the price of what you pay when you buy the ticket inside the bus. Beach is a two minute walk. Nice restaurant called Sterna with a lovely hidden away garden 100m from the hotel.

There could have been more umbrellas for shade at the pool - but there is always shade under the roof next to the pool where you can also go to to get away from the sun. Not in the hustle and bustle of the village (which can be an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on what one wants)

Andreas as the owner is so friendly and helpful. And his offer on the bar with amazing craft beer Charma is marvellous. Also the pool is very good.
