Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal, väldigt rent och fräscht. Mycket yta och bra location på rummen, gott om solstolar. Frukosten hade allt man kunde önska sig. Supermarket inne på hotellområdet och även 150m bort. Både kyl och en liten frys på rummet som uppskattades mycket. Allt som allt en väldigt positiv upplevelse, väldigt prisvärt!

Tout était parfait. Logements. Piscines. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel.

קבלנו דירה עם מזגן לא עובד. המתנו לטכנאי עד שעה 22.30 ללא מענה. נאלצנו לעזוב למלון אחר. אנחנו מצפים שלפני קבלת החדר המלון יבצע בדיקה שהכל תקין בטח בעונה חמה זו. לטענת המלון המזגן תוקן ב 23.00. לא נראה לנו הגיוני להמתין עד 23.00 לתיקון מזגן. בשעה 22.00 הוצע לנו חדר חלופי עם 20 מדרגות בחדר להגיע לחדר שינה - לא הגיוני בעליל. אכזבה גדולה מהשרות . כנראה שהמלון מלא השרות ממש לא שרות. לא ממליץ על המלון. We are writing to express our deep disappointment with the service we received during our recent stay. We were given an apartment with a non-functioning air conditioner, and we waited for a technician until *22:30*, with no resolution. At that hour, we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. We expect the hotel to check that all facilities are working *before* guests check in — especially during the hot season. According to the hotel, the air conditioner was fixed at *23:00* — but expecting guests to wait until that hour for basic comfort is unacceptable. At *22:00*, we were offered a replacement room with *20 internal steps* leading to the bedroom — something completely unreasonable for us. This experience was very disappointing. It seems the hotel was fully booked and could not provide proper service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to others, and we request a full refund for that night.

This is the first time I’m writing a negative review, but staying silent is impossible. I hope this helps someone avoid a similar experience. Backstory: we checked into the hotel late at night, and in the morning after breakfast, we went to the beach. We were out of the room from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. We didn’t hang the “Don't disturb” sign, but as it turns out, here that automatically counts as permission for housekeeping even though we had checked in only 12 hours earlier. When we returned, the room had been cleaned. When I needed some cash, I discovered that all the large bills were gone (only small ones $1 and $2 were left, neatly rearranged in the main wallet compartment, almost as if to divert attention). All the money stored separately in my passport was also gone. Later, we realized the thief had also taken my girlfriend’s ring. At the front desk, we were met with complete indifference: “This has never happened before,” “Our staff would never,” “You probably misplaced it.” Then they even started blaming us: “Why didn’t you use the safe?”. We also found out there are no cameras on the premises, no security, the fence is purely symbolic, and the gates are open 24/7 meaning anyone can walk in. When we asked them to call the police, they said “Call yourself.” They only reluctantly gave us the tourist police number after some arguing. The police said they would contact the hotel. When we got back—no support, no explanations, no effort to investigate. Our request to speak with the manager and the staff member who cleaned our room was simply ignored. No apologies, no compensation just total indifference, as if this kind of thing is normal here and everyone’s used to tourists leaving without making a fuss.

Resort was wonderful. Best breakfast I had at any resort. Location was central to three beaches. Each beach walking distance and facing different directions, therefore you can find a calm beach, based on wind direction. 10 minute drive to the old port city of Chania, also bus stop close by. Very clean, large apartments with balconies. Great pools, gym, and luggage storage area.

The facilities in the resort were excellent - beautifully landscaped gardens with three large pools and other facilities that we didn’t use. The breakfast was superb with everything you could imagine pretty much.

We had a very stressful week as the property was not suitable for toddlers despite being advertised as family friendly. We paid EUR 2,500 for a maisonette which was very small. We needed both beds advertised as doubles, which meant almost no floor space in the living space as the sofa bed took up all the room. Actually neither bed was a double. The master was two singles pushed together. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and involved sleeping directly on sofa cushions rather than a proper mattress. It was also two very small singles that did not fix together and so you could not sleep on it as a double.The space was dangerous for toddlers and an accident waiting to happen. In particular there was a steep marble staircase that you could not close off. I asked for a stair gate twice but never heard back. The worst part was that there was no way of securing the sliding doors to the pool. They were turn handles my two year olds (just turned two on the holiday) could easily open even in the locked position. We couldn’t relax for a second. We had multiple falls on the stairs and on the tiles outside which bizarrely were not non-slip by a pool. In addition to this, we were charged EUR 80 extra for use of high chairs for a week (reduced to EUR 40 after I complained), which I thought should have been provided in a EUR 2,500 booking. There were no laundry facilities other than laundry service. It was EUR 18 to wash and iron one baby dress! None of the plugs in our sinks in the room worked so hand washing was difficult. We didn’t have even basic kitchen utensils eg no chopping board, no can opener etc. There was also no worktop space. It was not set up for self catering. The air conditioning repeatedly failed and several times my babies were woken by this being fixed. The locality was not nice. A big public car park outside, lots of traffic, and no local tavernas close by.
