The overall experience was great. Food was very good, the room was nice and clean and the locaiton was also great - very close to the beach.

The one thing I didn't like was that the beds were separated. A queen bed is what I would expect for a couple. The floor tiles made the beds slide and that was the annoyng part.

Everything was great. The facilities were nice. Location was close to the beaches. Breakfast was good.

- occasional noise from fighter jets / there is military base in Chania - beds and pillows were really not comfy

Towels changed every single day , the quiet hour is respected by everybody (no parties or late nights as is family friendly) .

No sound proofing between rooms, pool areas always crowded with kids constantly jumping into the water. Room facilities are rather dated. Bathroom is very small

Nice Hotel, close to the beach, close to the bus station. The room was ok. Nice kitchen. Good service.

They have twin beds that they are unstable, not connected. Uncomfortable beds. You have to sleep with air conditioner because the room don't have vantilation.

When I booked the hotel I looked specifically to the commodities that state that they provide to all the guests a transfer from the airport to the hotel, so we made the reservation. We arrived around 1AM and there wasn’t anyone there to pick us up. We called the hotel and asked for the transfer we booked and they got a taxi to pick us up - there were plenty of taxis at the airport, we didn’t need them to get one. That’s when I discovered they don’t provide a transfer, they call you a taxi and then charge you 40€.
