Stellina Village

Everything was great! Delicious food, clean rooms, friendly personal. Pool area not too crowded. If you are looking for a calm place for your stay at Crete it is a wonderful place. Plenty parking space.

The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We loved the choice of pools and the location.

It wasn't very close to any other restaurants and the restaurant onsite lacked atmosphere but the food was good.

staff was friendly and kind. one of the cleanest places i ve been. there are two pools, and a small one for kids. the water was also very clean. there is a life guard always at the pool. The restaurant is not the best in town but you can find fresh fish, very good risotto, and they also have a menu for kids. we stayd in a two floor masoinette with a pool view. the location is amazing, only 2,3 min walk to the beach. So, everything was just great!

if I have to find somenthing..well..let s say that the wireless is not great.

Staff is fantastic, super friendly, always willing to help and leave everything spotless. Food is very good.

I didn't like that you are only given one set of keys. Which means you are always having to wake up someone if you are late, or having to arrive all at the same time... Also better blinds are needed

Really spacious and comfortable two floor maisonette. right next to the pool, mini-market and restaurant. staff were really helpful and the room is cleaned every day. just a short walk to the nearest beach (not even 5 minutes) and there’s a bus stop practically outside in which the bus takes you direct to Chania Old Town (bus 21)

We had ants in our room (not loads, but a couple). they were over the kitchen and crawling around our floor. the breakfast buffet is the same everyday too, doesn’t change which I wasn’t too fussed about but thought would mention it.

The hotel staff were very helpful, decent responsive and professional, starting from reception "Katerina and Elleni" were always doing Thier best to take care of our stay, also dining staff and the cleaning staff all were making sure that everything is perfect and done to make the clients happy . The Pools at the hotel were so fresh and brightly clean , you would always find a spot or a sunbed to you , and you have multiple options to chose from , we always loved the pool on the left side of the hotel which was more private and cozy, and hotel provides special pool towels so you don't even need to bother bringing your own. Our Room was spacious, spotless , and it has all amenities a traveller may need during his stay , air-conditioning works perfectly and cleaning is done at least 2 times daily including towels change . We have eaten at the hotel several times , in either the restaurant next to the pool and reception down and food was so delicious , service was quick and Anna always made our orders with a smile ... We also tried the Kima restaurant buffet which had large variety of foods and options "salads, many delicious main courses that fits everyone's taste and a very nice section of sweets' The location is more than perfect , you are only 2 min walk to the beach , and around 7 min drive to city center , easy to park for free at the hotel, and in case you wanna use the bus you just need to walk around 3 Min to get the bus. It also has a mini market that you can buy anything that you need for a very reasonable prices and is almost open all day This Hotel Is designed to make you enjoy every minute of your stay and For sure we are coming again we are already ready to book our next summer holiday here next year ..

I would only wished that Rooms that located on Second floor in the village would have an elevator for an easier access to the Elderly or those with mobility challenges.. And I only suggest that at lunch time that the dining room at kima restaurant to have air-conditioning to have a more pleasurable dining experience But Everything was beyond perfect

- super nice and friendly staff; - absolutely amazing breakfast! so many options for everyone; - the room was quite spacious and has almost everything you need; - 2 pools + beach is just a few minutes away; - cleaning 2 times per day and always getting local sweets from the staff! - mini market on the site with a quite big variety of things;

- there was a small hiccup with the transfer and we had to wait for 30 mins, but in the end it was resolved; - there were 2 twin beds moved in together, so it was not very comfortable (would be nice to have an option to choose a double bed)
