Helpful and polite receptionists, maids and restaurant staff. Modern, clean and large room. Close proximity to the beach.

Those who wished to buy breakfast are tagged with horrible, plastic fluorescent wristband that one can't remove for whole stay - you feel like you're one of the cows in the farm. What a poor choice of how to recognize hotel guests in the restaurant. Besides, the edges of wristband were so sharp after cutting part of it, that it scratched my body twice. Then I decided to remove it. Advice for guests: force hotel management to replace the breakfast wristband each day before heading for breakfast. Finally - it's not quite hotel fault to host certain kind of people. But forcing curfew is not that difficult to thing for hotel's staff to do. There's common lack of manners of reckless parents. Kids running around, jumping and diving to the water almost onto other swimmers' heads make that place very irritating and the pool itself completely useless. To hotel's management: how about dedicate one of the pools to adult swimmers only?

The hotel is very close to a nice beach. It is very easy to get to the hotel from Chania. There is a bus stop and taxi station 20 meters from the hotel. The swimming pool of the hotel is bigger and is available longer time than those in the hotels around.

Second time staying in that hotel. First time was perfect, flawless, but in this second visit there were some defects in the bathroom. They were minor ones, like problems with flushing the toilet, water leaking from the shower, and so on. I hope they will fix that. Another problem, not really related to the hotel, is that we asked for a taxi to the receptionist. She arranged the taxi for us and told us the price. However, the taxi man charged us more than what the receptionist had told us.

Staff was nice and helpful. 3 pool areas, so plenty of possibility for kids to play and singles to find a quiet spot. Fine rooms. The hotel was very clean inside and outside.

We had all inclusive. The food was good, but more or less the same every day.

breakfast was diverse, fresh and really tasty. the stuff was so kind, the facilities has been used and we were satisficed. the location was perfect for what we were needed.

We were supposed to arrive to Chania at the middle of the night, so we asked for a transfer from the airport. we were set this few days before we arrived. We had connection stop in Athene. Unexpectedly our first flight was delayed and we missed our second flight. Which means, we missed our transfer and arrived to Chania at the day after. We tried to contact the hotel when we landed but the internet connection was weak and it took a while until it sent. When we arrived to the hotel the morning after, the reception told us we must pay for the taxi driver from the day before and our massage arrived too late. It was so insensitive when we arrived after non sleep night, felt we wasted money and time because of the delay we could not control. We were not cheap this vacation, we took a beautiful room with private pool. it is not the money we pay but rather the Principe. The reception consist that there is nothing they can do to help us, it was no consideration for the situation. The last day we asked the recaption if they tried to help us and the answer was some manipulation that if we don't pay, the reception stuff will pay instead. Eventually, when everything were as planned it was amazing, almost perfect, however, when some small thing went wrong (no one could expect this to happen), we felt fixation like there no one to talk to.

I especially enjoyed the meals, the service at the restaurant, location and how clean the room and the resort were. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were more spacious when compared to the pictures on the website.

I did not find any major points requiring improvements

What a gem this hotel is! We stayed in one of the maisonettes which was over two floors and had three balconies and two bathrooms. Really generous sized rooms with everything you could need thought of. The rooms were given a full clean every day and in the evening given extra towels if needed. There is a lovely pool in the middle of the rooms which was never too busy and easy to get a sun bed. There's a mini mart with everything you could need that is open until quite late which was very helpful. Cocktails at the bar were delicious and the barman was excellent. All staff were really lovely and very friendly. Brilliant location - a 10 minute drive from the Old Town and right by the beach so nice and quiet. Would highly recommend this absolutely brilliant hotel!

- Poor Wi-Fi at the room. - The food was tasteless most of the time. Low-quality chicken and pork meat. I've been 2 times to Greece and the food quality at Stellina Village was as bad as I didn't expected! Disappointing... - Soft drinks are total garbage - made by "Nektar". - Coffee was total garbage - I cannot call it coffee!
