Apartahotel Casa Soleil

The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern. They provided cooking utensils as well as coffee maker, blender, and an electric kettle. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. For the price, the location was fine for us, which was about a 7 minute walk to the beach.

The only drawback, which is not a big deal, is that the air conditioner is located in a hallway space between the 2 bedrooms, which meant we had to keep the doors open at night if you wanted ac, which you do! Also, it was very loud and difficult to keep at low cool.

Could have done with some oil in the kitchen as when not there for long, don’t really want to buy. Other than that the stay was fab.

Decent budget option. The reception lady was incredibly helpful and proactive and helped me out with reserving a taxi for 5 AM (05:00) and with incredibly fast laundry (literally like a couple of hours!). Pretty clean, good semi-soft comfortable mattress, hot shower (although the flow wasn't really powerful, but come on, it's Galápagos!). Good AC.

Party noise sometimes. It's not the fault of accommodation, of course, but you have to know that it happens. View from the private balcony right against the wall (but you still have the common terrace with the patio view)

Good location only a 10 minute walk to the front. The room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom. The apartment had all the facilities for a few nights stay

Prompt communication from the owner. I also appreciated having coffee provided and a taxi organized to get me to the pier in the very early morning.

While the apartment was really spacious, the couch was tiny and I ended up using the bed to relax. There was a rowdy crowd during my stay; not the fault of the host but I would have appreciated much more peaceful evenings. The party atmosphere was definitely unexpected and I think not the usual.
