Friendly atmosphere. Great location. Cool furnishing. Nice evening meal.

Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough staff. Dirty table. Cold food.

service was appaling breakfast was a joke waited over half hour to give a drinks order which didn't appear hot food was non existence like some scrambled egg bit of bacon not replenished ended up having toast and left. stuck up silver spoon privileged ignorance place won't return obviously

Setting.

Swimming pool having ‘learn to swim’ non-hotel kids in it after check in. There was no space to swim. Hotel clients should have exclusive access to the pool from 3pm check in and the non-hotel clients should only have access between 11am to 3pm

Loverly old building. Rooms with high ceilings, which were well appointed.

Only vegetarian options for cooked breakfast.

Both evening meal and breakfast excellent, good choice of menu.

I'm only 5ft tall I found the high bed a bit challenging.
