They have a kitchen you can use, and a roof deck. A machine in the kitchen makes decent cappuccino etc, and it even has decaf.

When leaving my room, I had to pull fairly hard on the door handle before I could get the bolt to slide home. And I think they turn the water heater off at night, wish I'd known that.

Very nicely appointed rooms. Appreciate the ceiling fans, as we were traveling during the warmer months. We were only there for two nights, but the property's extensive facilities with access to kitchen make it very suitable for a longer stay.

Tastefully decorated with local art works. Good WiFi, fridge in room. Friendly, helpful house lady. Comfortable beds, quality linens. Easy walk to touristy area, coffee cafes and shops. Secure, well lit entry at night. I didn’t use it but kitchen area is clean and lovely.

Super kind host, building looks like pictures. Location is as good as gets for "out of central" location. Kitchen was small but usable.

My only complaint was the bed was pretty small. I hate it when others complain about things that are clear in advance. I knew it was a double, but here I am, I am old and coming to the realization that a double isn't big enough. Be honest with yourself before booking. I wasn't and therefore didn't sleep well. Also, the neighbor was doing some demolition work, so the outside area (patio and terrace) weren't really useable. If this is important, ask the owner if it's still going on.

The door lock on our room was a little challenging to lock. But not too big an issue.

Very awkward dark room set up with multiple dark tile steps into the bed area that were dangerous, especially getting to the bath at night. I tripped several times. It was advertised as a two bed but the single was so lumpy and uncomfortable we all had to share the big bed. The communication about directions and things to do were very helpful however. No free coffee but an excellent machine where you can chose from numerous options if you have pesos handy.
