Great location; 15 minutes easy walk to the central square, but quiet at night. The water filter in the main kitchen is a big asset. Nicely decorated rooms.

Great place, but keep I’m mind that there are a lot of stairs in the apartment. Particularly challenging are the spiral stairs between the 2nd and third floor (especially with a suitcase). The large patio on the 3rd floor was perfect for sitting outside at night and seeing the lights of the town and churches from afar. Quiet neighborhood, with a small store that sold basic items right across the street, a few block walk to the downtown area, but Uber work great for longer trips. Beds and linens great.

We had a great stay. Comfortable beds and pillows (not common in our travels). Lovely decor. The owner and staff were attentive and wonderful to deal with. Clear directions for accessing the suite. The area is very quiet and we slept great.

The suite we had was a little dark, but since we were out all day, this wasn't a big issue. Plus, we had a patio and a rooftop deck to use when we wanted outside light.

Clean, quiet, lock box

The location was very good. It was just a few blocks from the historic center and easy to find. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

The place was very clean and the facilities were very useful (terrace with a nice view and nice kitchen dining room). The decoration of the room and the common areas was interesting. Location was convenient, there was a bus stop very close by to go to the bus station and a walking distance to the historic center. The person who received us was polite and friendly.

Maybe our room was small for two people with a lot of stuff.

Eugene was welcoming and when we arrived he upgraded our room for no charge which was very kind. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Building and courtyard is very pretty. Location is good, everywhere in San Miguel is a walk away. Highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to San Miguel de Allende

Delightful small hotel. Not fancy, but atmospheric, clean and a great deal at the price. Would definitely stay here again.
