Dolphin House

I booked a room here mainly for the incredible view so we could enjoy our final sunset in the Galapagos and it did not disappoint! Our room was clean and AC was great. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He arranged our ride to the airport and allowed a late checkout to accommodate a final morning snorkel. The location close to Playa Mann was excellent and convenient for our last day.

Internet was weak, but this is the Galapagos so not unexpected

Disfrutar del atardecer desde el balcón es muy tranquilo y por la noche la observación de constelaciones. Por otro lado, la hospitalidad de Cristian y su familia es inigualable, siempre estuvieron prestos a darme sugerencias de restaurantes y lugares por visitar, inclusive nos apoyaron a mí y otros pasajeros a dejarnos en el aeropuerto. El hotel está en sitio estratégico cerca de playa mahn y la entrada a punta carola/ cerro tijeretas!

Hay muchos mosquitos en la isla, pero vale la pena visitarla.

Cristhian was extremely welcoming and really helpful with everything we needed, as well as going through his recommendations. Stayed for 3 nights, location really central for shops/restaurants. Highly recommend

Great location. Very friendly owner and our room was very spacious. Good airconditioning and comfortable bed.

The sink had barely any water but the shower was great. All else great!

We stayed in the ocean-view terrace room on the top floor, and the view was great. There is a hammock in front of the room, and the ocean view was definitely one of the highlights. The property is also pretty close to the beach, which was convenient. The room itself was fairly nice and clean, with the basic necessities, and the AC worked well. It was also helpful that there was drinking water available to refill in the shared living area, along with access to a guest fridge. The owner picked us up from the airport, which was very appreciated and made arrival easy.

One thing to note is that the terrace is not fully private, even though that may not be obvious from the photos. It is shared with another room beside it. You also need to pass through the family/living area to access things like the water refill and guest fridge, which may feel a bit less private. The biggest downside was the internet, which was basically non-existent or extremely slow during our stay, so this is something to watch out for if you need reliable Wi-Fi.

Unicamente se puede destacar la ubicación y las vistas desde la terraza exterior.

La limpieza, cada día aparecían cucarachas. Inaceptable. No entiendo la valoración positiva del alojamiento.

Die Ausstattung und das Interieur ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig
