Excellent stafff, breakfast and beautiful views.

It was a bit hot in the room and the staff arranged a fan which solved the issue.

Al momento de llegar al lugar nos recibieron de la mejor manera , bien agradable la sñrita que nos atendió , ella fue la que nos guío hacia nuestra habitación, nos explico el uso del jacuzzi siempre tan amable en todo momento , la cena muy exquisita y con facilidades de pago .. Al día siguiente el desayuno también espectacular , compartiendo con los colibrís que siempre volaban cerca de nosotros , y con los demás animales que habían alrededor ... Recomendado el lugar ...

En la noche le falta iluminación al poder desplazarnos hacia las habitaciones , ya que están un poco alejadas de la entrada

We had an absolutely amazing stay here and truly did not want to leave. The food was incredible and the views were honestly some of the best we have ever experienced. One of our favorite parts was relaxing in the hot tub listening to all the birds — such a special experience. The staff were all incredibly kind, polite, and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated, and we really appreciated how helpful and attentive they were. If you are looking for a peaceful place surrounded by nature with amazing hospitality, delicious food, and unforgettable views, this is the perfect place. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

La comida deliciosa, la vista muy hermosa, el personal excelente

Mi esposo se cayó en un hueco de camino a su habitación , los senderos a las habitaciones son un poco peligrosos, llevar hiking boots. No tienen ventilador o A/C

Everything about this place was amazing, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Our room was perfect, bed was super comfortable and view was spectacular! Everyone was friendly, warm, welcoming, and helpful. Every morning our breakfast was perfect; beautifully laid out, and delicious. Jose was awesome, and we looked forward to seeing and chatting with him daily. We felt like we were at our home away from home and look forward to going back to Casa de Vista Alta. We've already told our friends, co-workers, and family to check this place out when visiting Ecuador.

La estructura de la habitación y la comodidad muy bien logradas! ideal para desconectar en un ambiente tranquilo y con naturaleza.

Reservé por Booking y cuandó llegué no me dieron la habitación seleccionada, aunque llegúe en la noche tuvieron que limpiar la habitación que me asignaron y tuve que esperar un poco
