Magnifique séjour au milieu des oiseaux et des plantes. Personnel hyper sympathique, comme à la maison, en famille. La cabane est très bien construite, la vue incroyable et la maison d’accueil à une vue superbe aussi. Les colibris se posent pour boire et les toucans ont un nid juste à côté !

We had to pay for early check-in although room was ready also no help to get to the room which was a bit cumbersome

This is a paradise in the cloud forests!!!!!!!! Unforgettable memories from this wonderful place. It is a very authentic, luxury stay! I had a superior room with amazing view and a big terrace. I was in heaven! Rooms are very big, comfortable, modern, clean! Honestly, the stay is better than the pictures! Thank you so much Esther and Vicky! They answered hundreds of my questions prior to arrival! They can organize a private transfer and excursions. Esther did a private bird watching tour for me early in the morning. That was an amazing experience! Lodge serves delicious breakfasts! They arranged a late check in for me and prepared a tasty dinner that was already waiting for me when I arrived (the kitchen was already closed at that time). They also accommodated my early morning check out (it was 5 am!!!!!!!), they prepared coffee for me and my driver who was picking me up. So thoughtful! Thank you so much! Wonderful customer service and I highly recommend this place!

The location for birdwatching, and the physical environment of this facility, is amazing. Though it is far from civilization (the town of Mindo is about a 10-minute drive from the inn), the environment more than makes up for it. We had two separate rooms (my adult son and I), located separate from the main house. It had a beautiful covered veranda where you could watch the birdlife, or just relax.

The bathroom window was not closable, so it got a little chilly.
