Galápagos Isabela Hotel Loja

People were really nice, it was very clean

It was quite expensive for what you get, the room is very simple, no lamp no window that isnt into a courtyard.. i felt it was a bit too expensive for what it was

Los empleados del hotel han sido super agradables y nos han ayudado muchísimo con las actividades en la isla. Además nos dejaron hacer el check out tarde. La piscina/jacuzzi está limpia y es grande y hay cuerda de tender para la ropa mojada.

Las almendras del patio atacan cuando caen ;)

This place is fantastic! It's conveniently located, it's comfortable, the rooms have good A/C and it's a good value. I wouldn't change anything about it. The whole staff was great, but Diego really made the stay even better. We're vegan and he went out of his way to make us lovely vegan breakfasts, going far and above what he needed to do. He's a gem, he had so much info for us and really made the stay that much better. I would come back and stay here again without hesitation!

Located in the center. Very helpful hotel manager (Thanks Diego).

Pool was very small. Expensive in comparison to better hotels on Santa Cruz island.

Hotel Loja was a great place to stay. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay! Diego the host is a nice character, always smiling and willing to help. He is the one which makes the hotel a great place to stay!
