Galápagos Isabela Hotel Loja

Great location. We were greeted on arrival by Betsy who was fantastic. We later had the assistance of the manager, Diego. You could tell he belongs in the hospitality business. The beds were comfy and there is a nice pool. We had a great experience at this property.

El personal del hotel fue super amable y atento, pero sobre todo destacar a Betsi, que nos recibió y nos trato siempre super bien. Las camas son super cómodas, el desayuno esta muy bien, muy completo y variado y nos encantaron los chorros de la piscina y relajarnos en las hamacas. Esta a 5 min andando de la playa.

No avisaron ni se especifica en ningún momento cuando haces la reserva que si pagas con tarjeta te cobran una comisión extra de 4% del precio.

Staff was good and room was large for the 4 of us. We had the basics to stay in Isabela.

The room was very noise on the first night, because it was friday and there is a bar on the back of the hotel, the next day there was no issue.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Loja. The hotel manager, Diego, was great. He checked in on us regularly and helped us arrange transportation, suggested places to eat, and things to do. The pool and courtyard were nice to come home to after days out seeing the wildlife. Wifi was good in our room. The air conditioning was very good in the room. The café next door was also a plus for drinks and food. The town is small so everything is walkable from the hotel or an inexpensive taxi ride away. Would certainly stay here again.

Door de binnenplaats waar mensen verblijven draagt hun geluid door tot in de kamer. Dus je rust hangt af van de mensen die er zijn.

Very nice hotel that was clean, big swimming pool, great breakfast with unlimited fruit, coffee and main meal. The staff made my experience wonderful: Diego, Saulo, the cleaning staff, cook, all work hard to make sure the guests are well cared for. Diego was great for arranging taxis and providing information regarding different activities. Pool was a life saver as the temperature on Isabela is hot hot hot.
