Diego the manager was v helpful, good breakfast, great ac, comfy bed, nice bathroom, lots of hot water, good breakfast, great value for money.

All was good, photos do make the pool and common areas look more glamorous than reality but this doesn't take away from what a great experience I had there 😀 👍

Camas cómodas, la habitación cuenta con AC, baño y ducha bastante amplios. La piscina siempre viene bien cuando hace calor.

Necesario antifaz si eres sensible a la luz, entraba bastante luz del exterior. Desayuno muy escaso y pobre. Al menos hay algo para llenar el estómago, pero pobre.

Great location! 4 beds for the 4 of us, 1 bed being a Queen. AC worked well at night (only time we used it). Pool area was nice. Attached cafe/panderia is a nice bonus. Great breakfast. Great location. Big shower. Diego, the property manager, was hands down one of our favorite people of our entire 12 days in Ecuador!

We had a fabulous stay and it was the hotel manager Diego who made it awesome. He was so personable, very accommodating and helped solve anything that came up. The pool was clean, room was cleaned each day and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had delicious fresh croissants each morning which were amazing. We found the value and the comfort to be great. The cafe attached to the hotel was brilliant, had amazing draft beer and the staff there were so kind as well.

It is about a 6 min walk to the beach but other than that it was great.

"Welcoming Isabella Hotel Loja"

As a solo female traveler I appreciated that the manager Diego greeted me and showed me personalize attention through out my stay at Hotel Loja. He happily booked tours and taxis for me. Betsy and Cesni were delightful staff members who made my stay welcoming. The hotel has spacious clean and comfortable rooms, an inviting pool,a lovely garden with hammocks, delicious breakfast and drying line for clothes. Great walkable location to the Flamingo Lagoon and beach.

Comfortabel hotel. Diego doet alles om je een fijne vakantie te bezorgen. Super vriendelijk en attent. Cisne en Betsy verzorgen het ontbijt en de kamers super net en vriendelijk.

Mijn vertrek ik had 6 nachten hier een super tijd. Veel gezien, gedaan en relaxed.
