Amazing place to stay. The location is close to everything in Puerto Villamil. Everything is confortable and very clean. The manager is very friendly and helpful. I would certainly come back.

The hotel offers good value for money. While it is a bit dated, this seems to be fairly standard for the island. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and clearly try their best to make guests feel welcome.

Unfortunately, there was a serious incident during our stay: the owner of the café located on the hotel property became physically aggressive and drunk toward a hotel employee near the pool area. Other guests had to intervene, and the police were called. Regardless of the background, this situation was unprofessional and made guests feel uncomfortable. Although an apology was given, the atmosphere felt uneasy for the remainder of our stay. Until this issue is fully resolved, we cannot recommend the hotel with full confidence.

Staff and pool are what makes it. Also, the owner and the Isabela Café right beside it, a practical convenience. They can deliver food to your room. The whirlpool and the pool is also a very nice treat, and, the area to relax nearby the pool.

The breakfast seemed to limited in varieties, there was no buffet, so, we've had somewhat limited amount of options. This can be improved for the future.

The staff was super kind!!! And breakfast was DELICIOUS I looked forward to it every morning. Diego is an amazing person and is there for anything you need. Rooms were simple but had everything and comfortable. I slept super well the entire time.

Was a little farther than I expected from the beach/restaurants but was still a great walk to talk and in safe location.

It was a really nice hotel! The manager, Diego, die everything to make our stay very confortabel. He was welcoming and tried to go to lenghts to help us! Really recommend!

It was quite noisie! Not very good isolation!!

Breakfast was delicious - We really enjoyed it. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to access - Bike rentals, Panderia, El Mercado Municipal, and everything else we wantes to visit.
