Diego el anfitrión muy amable, atento y nos ayudó en todo momento con las consultas. El desayuno muy bueno y en general todo muy bien. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento si vais a Isabela, precio/calidad muy bien.

Tem um terraço para secar as roupas Ambiente bonito

Quarto abafado e vaso sanitário um pouco fedorento Provavelmente é por causa do época que ficamos que foi no fim de ano, mas o barulho do ginásio em frente foi tão barulhento quanto tivemos dificuldade de dormir.

The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable, with a pool, quiet surroundings, and a very cozy room. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Diego, the hotel manager. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaged. He helped us organize tours, laundry, and everything we needed, always with a smile and great energy. Thanks to him, our stay was fantastic.

There was nothing significant to complain about.

Wir waren 4 Tage auf Isabela im Hotel Loja und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. Diego und sein Team sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Besonders positiv war, dass wir unser Zimmer bereits vorher beziehen konnten, was nach der Anreise wirklich sehr angenehm war. Die Zimmer waren stets sehr sauber und gepflegt. Jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein tolles, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, das wir bei schöner Musik, die Diego auswählte, genießen konnten. Dadurch hatten wir jeden Tag einen perfekten und entspannten Start. Auch bei der Planung und Buchung von Ausflügen stand uns Diego jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite und gab wertvolle Tipps – alles unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein wunderbares Hotel mit herzlichen Menschen – absolut empfehlenswert! 🌴✨
