"The best staff ever"

Diego and the rest of the staff are wonderful. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I forgot my charger at the hotel and Diego promptly shipped to me on another island. I haven’t encountered hospitality like this ever before. Spotless rooms and delicious breakfast but the staff and especially Diego made my stay amazing.

"A great place to stay in Isabela"

Huge rooms, friendly staff, gorgeous Isabela, and a sweet pool, the cafe on the corner Grateful especially to Betsy fur getting me a reservation on the day tour I wanted. and taking care of everything Room 11 has a balcony

The pool is closed early in the morning and just after dark. Perhaps it. old open a little earlier. There's a purified water tank in the lobby. Would be great to leave a pitcher with water in the room

Diego and the personnel was very friendly. Good Breakfast. Nice pool and calm inside poolarea with trees and birds. Diego took care of my luggage and gave opportunity to wait for my flight to San Cristobal in the pool area! I hope I will revisit this hotel again. Big Thanks!

The room was kept spotless, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, staff was amazing and breakfast was excellent and different every morning. The pool was wonderful and we loved the courtyard that was perfect for socializing. The location is perfect, close to many restaurants, bakeries, and the beach.

Can't think of anything.
