Very clean. Diego was very helpful in recommendations and facilitating transportation.

Would have been nice to have a small couch in the room.

First of all Diego, from the first moment made us feel at home and really cared about our entire experience. Helped us with the tours and with great recommendations.

Po pierwsze - Diego. Polecił nam świetna agencje na rejs Los Tunnelos. Był miły, pomocny, wesoły i robił atmosfere w obiekcie. śniadania wystarczające. Fajny basen. Dobre połozenie. Hotel nie jest luksusowy ale świetnie sie w nim mieszkało podczas pobytu na Isabeli.

Diego is a great host, so kind and helpful and he made sure we made it to our day tour we booked previously. Plus he let us have a late checkout. A really great guy.

Really good location. Very nice and helpful staff especially Diego. Generally quiet.

It was a bit noisy on Saturday night, and the locals were out partying. But nothing you couldn’t sleep through.

Nothing- the restaurant next door played music until late but if you shut bathroom door you could barely hear it
