Location not close enough to nile side

Saif is a great man, he is more than a hotel owner. He arranged everything for us like Hurghada Airport transfer to Aswan (it is really difficult to arrange in Egypt), Abu Simbel Temple tour. He made our difficult tour easier. Thank you so much, Saif. You are really great man

Nothing - Hotel is really good as price/performance hotel. Of course you shouldn't wait for 5 star hotel comfort.

They are so welcoming and the time I spent here was unforgettable. I really recommend here if you are looking for beautiful local, slow time, and quiet day. Nothing. Everything is so relaxing here and cozy. The ferry in island starts around 6am, so just in case you have a flight to catch, You can talk to them for taxi booking etc. :)

Hosts are kind and helpful. You can order food through them and it's great value

The location, in a quiet neighborhood of Elephantine Island, was great. Saif is a great person. He answered all my questions well before my arrival. He explained to me how to move in public transportation to go to places. I enjoyed my stay there.

I recently stayed at the Om-Abdallah hotel and I must say that I had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from the city center and many popular tourist attractions. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff who were happy to assist me with any questions I had. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, which was a great start to my stay. My room was clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained with plenty of towels and toiletries. One thing that stood out to me about the hotel was the owner. Saif, was always visible and available, taking the time to personally greet guests, check in on their needs, and ensure that everything was running smoothly. It was clear that the owner had a true passion for hospitality and a deep commitment to making guests feel welcome and valued. It was clear that the owner had a keen eye for quality and a dedication to providing the very best for their guests. Overall, I had a great experience staying at the Om-Abdallah hotel.Also, I was extremely impressed by the owner of this hotel and the level of care and attention they put into every aspect of the guest experience. If you're looking for a truly exceptional stay, I would highly recommend choosing a hotel owned by this individual. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic opportunity to experience living in a traditional Nubian house. Saif is a wonderful host - very kind and eager to ensure you have a nice stay. He helped us organise some trips and made me a special local remedy when I wasn't feeling good. He is a kind soul, and it was nice to spend time talking with him and learning of his life and experiences. Highly recommend for a different experience than the usual. Good luck to you, Saif!

Can be a little awkward to get around as it's not on the mainland but there's regular boats to the main land
