Posizione eccellente, personale disponibile e gentile. Ci hanno proposto di cambiare con una stanza più grande per la seconda notte. Letto comodissimo, bevande gratis e asciugacapelli da richiedere. Deposito bagagli pre e post check in gratis. Reception h24. Per quanto rifugio rumore, siete sulla Gran Via, non è niente di più di dove vivo a Milano. Se volete il silenzio avete sbagliato città Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Avrei messo prodotti da bagno refill: un po di stile con poca spesa. Il bagno è piccolo, ma più che sufficiente.

En plein cœur de Madrid on ne peut pas être mieux placé pour faire le cœur historique de la ville à pied. Accueil très chaleureux. Le rapport qualité prix est plus que correct vu les tarifs pratiqué dans ce secteur.

L'équipement et le confort sont limités au strict minimum. L'ascenseur est petit (4 personnes max) et vétuste.
