Struttura carina, e ottima accoglienza da parte del personale. Vista bella sulla piazza, peccato che quando siamo andate noi ci stavano i lavori sulla facciata quindi non si vedeva nulla.

I've rarely experienced such incredibly warm and genuine hospitality. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the city, making everything easy and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the owner and her wonderful team for their kindness and outstanding service. We highly recommend this place !

Sinceramente para mí un 10! Excelente ubicación, a escasos metros de la estación de metro Callao, fácil de llegar, con negocios y restaurantes de todo tipo alrededor y cerca de varios puntos de interés como Plaza de España, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor. La atención y el trato por parte del personal es excelente. Tiene recepción 24 horas. La habitación es acogedora y tiene todo lo que se necesita, incluida la calefacción y aire acondicionado. Lo que sí es un edificio un poco antiguo y las habitaciones podrían ser reformadas. Es un lugar para recomendar y repetir.

Todo estaba muy bien limpio la atención muy bien y fui con una niña pequeña y no tengo queja ninguna ubicación perfecta volvería sin duda
