"Muy Mal para Hospedaje"

Me ha parecido terrible, te ponen una foto muy bonita pero realidad es muy distinta, está en obras y toda la fachada tapada, nuestra habitación la 09, abrimos la puerta que da a un pequeño balcón y ya no pudimos cerrarla del mal estado que está, por la noche ruido que no te deja dormir, el baño tiene moho en la ducha, no tiene televisión y estar dentro te da una sensación horrible, algo que tenemos claro es que no volveríamos para nada a este sitio, el ascensor tarda muchísimo, se colapsa y ojo que los escalones en la entrada mal y en el techo de sucio que parece nunca limpiarse, muy mal😪

El trato del personal es excelente. La ubicación es perfecta para alguien que viaja sola y quiere estar en el centro de Madrid Tiene a disposición para que los huéspedes se puedan preparar un Té o Café. Para desayunar hay una gran oferta gratuita para elegir.

"Great Value for Money"

We had a pleasant five-night stay at Guest House Exitio En Madrid, during 21-26 February. Located right on Gran Vía, most major tourist attractions are within easy walking distance of this Guest House. Our room was spacious for three people and had two small balconies. There was some ongoing renovation work in the building which limited the open views of Gran Vía, but it didn’t take away from our overall comfort. We especially liked the tea and coffee vending machine offering complimentary beverage which is a thoughtful touch. The 24×7 staff were extremely helpful and supportive throughout our stay. Overall, it offered great value for money, and we would happily choose to stay here again.

Muy muy ruidoso, poco cuidado. Va bien para pasar la noche y salir del paso pero no para estar muchos días. Hay una discoteca justo al lado y por la noche hay muchísimo ruido
