"A good option for visiting Cockermouth."

Super kingsized bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent in centre of town. On-site parking was a real bonus.

Water pressure was poor. Owners were friendly enough and efficient, but not very chatty.

The most excellent accommodation. Everything was 100%. Great room. Great staff. Great breakfast. Great Location. I just wish I had booked for longer. This is more impressive than some hotels I have stayed in. Lots of small touches to make your stay better.

Friendly staff, fantastic location, parking available. Only a few minutes walk to the high street and a short drive to nearby attractions and walks, breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were a nice size and extremely clean.

"Excellent b&b with parking in town centre."

Very comfortable room with lovely bed linen. Huge bathroom with heated floor! Excellent breakfast. Fresh fruit and freshly cooked hot items. Great to have parking space in the centre of town.
