"Perfect guest house in Cockermouth"

Cycled here from Penrith doing a loop of the Lake District with Pedal Power Cycling. This is a great accommodation in Cockermouth, in a quiet lane. Lovely room and great breakfast. Hosts were very friendly

"A real gem of a place!"

The couple who run the guesthouse are so warm and friendly, but give you your own space too! I thought they were the perfect hosts! Breakfast was really good, the homemade granola especially! The room we stayed in was gorgeous, really well equipped, massive comfy bed... we will 100% recommend/return in future! Parking was great, and free. Location is exceptional for Cockermouth.
