A really great find and perfect for a quiet stay. The fire in the hallway was a wonderful welcome on a cold December day, the rooms are really spacious and well furnished, the bathroom is fantastic with a lovely Roman bath style tap system and the breakfast was exceptional, especially the bacon and tatty scone!

Nothing. The unfinished building work at the side of the property is a bit off putting but completely understandable as they are extending the property. It will be fabulous as a conference centre when done.

Breakfast was good.

Large comfortable dog friendly rooms, lovely staff, large area to exercise dog. . I stay here regularly.

Not having one of their dining rooms where you can take your dog.

We had a wonderful experience here. The accommodations were spotless and offered plenty of extra space to relax. It’s a very nice, quiet property with a welcoming atmosphere.

Didn't like the comment made from the gentleman checking us in when we said we were from Liverpool, even if he meant it as a joke.

Dinner was very good and value for money. Staff very friendly .
