Steve and Beth made us very welcome. The room was lovely with a view on 2 sides. Ballater is a great location. We would definitely stay again.

"A super 5* guest house on Royal Deeside"

A spotlessly clean, comfortable and good-sized bedroom with very comfortable large bed and sitting area. Lovely views of the town and hillsides. A generous supply of towels and many thoughtful extra touches. Very good breakfast in a pleasant breakfast room with beautiful white tablecloths 😀 . Friendly and welcoming owners. Would love to return here sometime.
