The breakfast was absolutely superb and excellent value for money. Caroline and Nigel were perfect hosts and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we required.

The breakfast was suberb, plent of choice and set us up nicely for the day. The hosts were very welcoming. The location is excellent, it is just a few minutes walk into town but yet is at the end of a cul de sac, so is nice and peaceful at night.

The duvet was rather thick given that the outside temperature was still quite mild at the time of our stay. The TV was a smart TV and we found it not particularly easy to use and some channels did not pick up a signal.

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. Carolyn and Nigel are very hospitable and try to make guests feel welcome. The house was impressive and the room spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. Location perfect for the town centre yet quiet residential area. Parking permit solves parking issues.

Beautiful property, very warm and welcoming. Hosts were exceptional, very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They had some great advice for places to eat and things to do in Harrogate too. Superb breakfast all cooked to order using fresh local produce. Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the centre of town and parking permit provide. Excellent service. .

The house is very close to the centre of Harrogate making it easy to get around. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. An excellent breakfast was included in the price and the room was spacious - would certainly return.

Fantastic stay, superb hosts and really cosy home turned into guest house. It felt like a home from home. Also the breakfast was amazing and really got to know our hosts - would return again in the future :)
