Lovely little studio, very comfortable. Kept informed by owner. Highly recommend.

Nothing it was perfect for what we wanted.

Think a new mattress was required although the mattress topper did make it quite comfortable but not much support!

Good location, walking distance to Windermere town and bowness town.

Cold, lack of heating in the bathroom. condensation was extreme, parking was a little tight for bigger vehicles but the owner did move their car for us which was nice.

The room was super small, don't be fooled by the pictures. Table and 2 chairs un-usable. Bathroom was of Arctic temperature. We only stayed one night out of 2. The host was incredibly rude and too be honest slightly weird. I didn't receive a text message to confirm what room we were in, so had to check in manually. Firstly, he left me standing in the rain for 15 minutes, whilst he talked me through things. Then literally snatched my phone out of my hand to go through my phone to confirm that I hadn't received a text message. When we got into the room, he then rang to confirm that I had now received the message and started going on. The host also controls all of the heating, fine in Summer, but it was early December, room was initially freezing then tropical. Bathroom was just stone cold constantly. General decor and facilities (i.e. Pillows) need updating ASAP. Also upon arrival Fridge had been switched off, and took a good couple of hours to cool down, not good if you are taking food (FYI only a microwave in room). Avoid this place at all costs!
