Easy checkin process, comfortable room, clean and great location

Freeview signal on the TV was a bit iffy at times

Amazing proprietor, extremely accommodating. Required a fan and one was brought within 12 hours. Friendly cleaning staff.

The shower head was broken and it was a shared bathroom.

Northern hospitality as you'd expect, booked 3 rooms which was the whole top floor,, all good size, comfy and clean. Location was good, easy and accessible for what we needed. Lovely views out of front windows.

Location and parking excellent. Helpful friendly owner Microwave and crockery very useful. Lots of eating places near by Lovely walks on sea front Well placed for day trips elsewhere

Absolutely not a complaint but I prefer a firmer mattress.

Beautiful seafront location overlooking Roker Beach and Pier. Friendly and helpful owners/staff. Excellent pre-arrival communication and information. Large, comfortable and exceptionally clean room, with good amenities including microwave, fridge, and kettle, with plentiful tea and instant coffee. Very good value for money.

The entrance and building front, including hotel signage, could do with a refresh. The interior and rooms are much nicer than the exterior might suggest. There was no breakfast option on offer, but there are plenty of alternative places on the seafront to get breakfast.

Location is perfect , beautiful view short walk to cafe, pubs, bus stop that takes you into Sunderland or South Shields.

Great location . Fridge & microwave a bonus in room
