Room and location was excellent

I have mobility issues and was on the fourth floor

Location was okay, not too far a walk to harbour, room was clean, bed really comfortable

Shower didn’t work properly, water was very very hot! Having to go downstairs for amenities like coffee milk etc although there was a kettle (no cups though)

We liked the location, within minutes we were in the cetre of town. The room and bed were very comfortable and our hostess was super helpful. Great place to stay 👌

Excellent location with close proximity to town centre. Clean modern room with large king sized bed. Parking permit provided for a reasonable £10 fee.

Although not a game changer we would have appreciated basic toiletries to have been provided for a room price of £110p/n. Accept that Whitby is a coastal town and not much can be done about it but Seagulls did disturb our sleep with loud screeching from dawn (room 4).

We got put at the very top floor with lots of stairs to climb wasn’t notified or asked if it was ok the host only seen for a few mins on arrival didn’t really tell us much info about the place regarding fire evacuation event or anything else about the property also there was no shower wash and shampoo etc in the bathroom should be mentioned when booked so you know to bring your own room very small but we managed as we only stayed one night also very hot in the room being at the very top floor and no fan provided also quite rude and not helpful when asked for recommendation where the best place to park was with a comment well you have come in August you should of come in February wasn’t happy with the comment like that
