Amazing location with easy parking behind building. Room was good size and comfy, staff responsive when we had an issue in room. Having a shared kitchen was also a great benefit.

The hot water unit in shower not working, meant ice cold showers only. This is the only reason for the score of 6. Staff quick to respond and sent a plumber, but could not be fixed at the time.

At 1am and 4am we were disturbed by other guests. We had a 6 year old and a 9year old sleeping but we were woken up by the other guest who were drunk, shouting and swearing.(awful language) They were knocking our door and throwing up in the toilets. My wife had to get up and ask them to keep the noise down. In the morning we couldnt use the toilets as a few were throwing up in the toilets. It's not your fault at all but wanted to make you aware of their disgusting behaviour with not care about any other guests.

"Excellent location and value for money"

Fabulous location with easy access to the station, the town centre and beach. Shared bathroom was well maintained and kitchen facility brilliant although we didn't make use of it. Bonus of a one screen independent cinema next door.

The lack of sockets was a minor disappointment especially given the only one was at floor level underneath a table
