"Close to town"

Property was clean and perfect location for our party and next to the Howard Davis park which had great cafe for breakfast in morning Staff on arrival where extremely helpful

Only disappointing point was the way had a knock at door at one of rooms by staff telling had 10 mins to leave room or be charged £25 for late check out As check out 10 am think 11 would be more fair

"Stay in Jersey was nice. Room very basic but functional."

Jersey itself (beaches/ walks etc.), very nice. Room, very basic/ functional.

No reception staff. Instructions left on desk (with room key) to fill out registration form and just leave there with personal/ passport details when completed, which anyone else coming in can see/ copy. When looking for place to stay on Booking.Com website, requested location that includes breakfast. This venue comes up, but on arrival, discover it doesn't provide any dining facilities whatsoever. On checking small print on my booking email (having now arrived and discovered what not there), it says does not provide dining.

"A convenient, inexpensive guesthouse within easy reach of the town centre of St Helier."

The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre, and is very competitive on price. The room was perfectly adequate, clean, with a big bathroom. The self-service check-in and check-out system was clear and easy to use.

The water in the shower took a good while to warm up,
