Good value for money, rooms were somewhat clean

We were spoke to quite rudely about parking our car, we pulled up outside the hotel to drop off our bags and were quickly shooed off after being told parking wasn't allocated, just limited. Also having two single beds pushed together after requesting a double room was quite disappointing.

Beds were comfortable and relaxing, no smells.

I was lucky to find parking outside everytime and as such the claim that there is free parking is not wrong but beware that there is only 3 spaces and some cars parked seem to be owners of the place. You have to park far away which is not convenient

This is a very basic guest house with very limited facilities. No toiletries or any 'niceties'. It's not somewhere you could stay for any length of time. I stayed there for a particular event so the time I spent in the room was minimal. I know the island well so surroundings were not a priority but the location was good as it is easy walking distance to the town centre, cafes, supermarket etc.

Very basic furniture. No bathroom toiletries. No one at reception.

Close to central St Helier Easy check in Plenty of hot water

TV tiny and no batteries for remote. Basically channels. WiFi very poor . Bed incredibly uncomfortable, pillows in need of an upgrade, like two pancakes. Alot of noise from upstairs, feels like an HMO . Hadn't been decorated since the 80s. No staff. Stink of food from elsewhere very strong , not related to the 'hotel'.

In a good location, near centre of St.helier. Useful bus stop outside. Room was basic, but clean and tidy, with TV, kettle and private bathroom.

Slightly awkward keyless entry system, but not a real issue.
