unable to access property, host extremely unhelpful and will attempt to ask for an additional deposit after booking to access room code, if, that is, they bother to message you. this message for the additional deposit was flagged as a suspected spam/scam by ios. extremely unprofessional communications. do not recommend.

"Very bad, I do not recommend it. They didn't give you the door code until you paid a £30 deposit."

The duvet was dirty, never washed, and very old; it had a hole where the head should be when pressed. Finally, he wouldn't answer the phone and wouldn't give me the door code until I paid a £30 deposit. I suffered greatly trying to pay it because he kept sending me a link, but my card wouldn't accept the payment. I waited an hour and a half in the rain before he finally gave me the code. After I found a way to pay him, he delayed me a lot, and I was exhausted from a long, hard day at work. Zero rating for the place and the service.
