Location and easy check in.

Blocked toilet, no heating,very cold room, no shower couldn’t have a shower in the morning uncomfortable place.

Bed was very uncomfortable very hot toilet blocked it smelt seems bed base was broken communication was ok but phoning couldn't get through to be honest should be refunded noise children feels very clostofobick
